This morning I was the only person IN THE WORLD going to work. That may be a slight exaggeration but I took this photo at 7:55am while waiting on my (late) train. The 2 platforms were empty. Normally they are packed with people. Particularly when the train is late.Today is a Scottish bank holiday, however because the company I work for has a head office in England we are classed as an English company and are, therefore, forced to work on Scottish holidays :(
Also note the clumps of snow around the lamposts... It hasn't snowed in WEEKS but it just wont go away!
